Thirsty Dawg
(620) 277-0919
301 Jones Ave
Garden City, KS
Description
Thirsty Dawg - Of the city's hundreds and hundreds of bars, Thirsty Dawg fits right in the middle of the bell curve - a place to hit with your buddies on the way to your ultimate destination. Not the ideal spot for fabulous, drunken debauchery, but it's a good as place as any to pre-drink.

Bo's Outback Bar & Dance Club
(620) 275-8882
1917 Buffalo Jones Ave
Garden City, KS
Description
Bo's Outback Bar & Dance Club - Think of Bo's Outback Bar & Dance Club as a guaranteed hangover. And we mean that in the best possible way. Located at [Address], it's open all night, so it's a pretty good bet that you're going to be feeling it the next morning. Enjoy the late-night debauchery, but drink lots of water and pop some Advil.

Lebanese Hookah House
730 Massachusetts Street
Lawrence, KS

Rusty's Outback
(785) 776-9891
1209 Moro St
Manhattan, KS
Description
Rusty's Outback - Sometimes you just don't want to pay $12 for a drink. On those nights, head out to Rusty's Outback, located at [Address]. And while they may be cheaper, they're definitely not weaker.

Emerson Biggins
(785) 832-9600
3512 Clinton Pkwy
Lawrence, KS
Description
Emerson Biggins - In the midst of a strip mall, this brewery represents an oasis of sorts for local beer lovers. The decor is sports bar, the crowd almost entirely KU men, and the beer good, though not great.

Fred's Place
(620) 272-9299
2122 Jones Ave
Garden City, KS
Description
Fred's Place - Dress up. Fred's Place isn't necessarily "formal," per se, but it's sexy and sleek; this is the kind of place where if you're dressed like a tool, you'll stick out like a sore thumb. (Probably more than a sore thumb, actually-those don't really stand out when you think about it). The point is: it's a solid place. Bring your A-game.

Six-Ten Club
(913) 342-6441
610 Reynolds Ave
Kansas City, KS
Description
Six-Ten Club - Here's the problem with most bars: the vibe sometimes dies around 1am. Luckily for you, when most bars are sweeping up the floors and closing shop, Six-Ten Club kicks it into another gear. The place usually keeps it going 'til way late-guaranteeing a late and out-of-control night.

Prairie Nut Hut
(620) 568-2900
RR 1 Box 1p
Altoona, KS
Description
Prairie Nut Hut, located at [Address], is your garden variety pub. It's not going to win any raves of "Hottest. Bar. Ever.," but it's a serviceable place to relax and unwind. Just keep your expectations grounded. And there's something to be said for beers that cost less than $14 bucks. Review of Prairie Nut Hut.
