With Valentines day fast approaching we turn our thoughts to everything about love. Many couples go out for a special dinner to celebrate each other's companionship. While out and about you may want to try some cocktails that are a bit different and have a Valentines theme. Whether at dinner or at a bar/cocktail lounge after dinner, the following are sure to please.
American Sweetheart Recipe
1.0 oz. Bourbon 1.0 Sour mix 1.0 oz. Southern Comfort 1.0 dash dry Vermouth
Shake with ice. Serve in a rocks glass. Love Birds Recipe 0.5 oz Grenadine 1.0 dash Dark Rum 2.0 oz Sweet and Sour mix 1.5 oz Vodka
Pour the vodka, sour mix, dark rum and grenadine into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed or shaven ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
Chocolate Valentine Recipe
1.0 splash Club Soda 1.0 splash Cream 0.75 oz Brown Creme de Cacao 0.75 oz Vanilla Vodka 0.5 oz Cherry juice
