301 E Mercury St
Butte, MT

Cinz - Maybe you'll see Norm in the corner. Or Cliff sitting next to him. Maybe Sam behind the bar. Yep, Cinz is that comfortable, cozy neighborhood bar - the kind where the bartender seems to know everyone who walks through the door.

Alpine
(406) 723-9877
2806 Pine St
Butte, MT

Alpine, located at [Address], is your garden variety pub. It's not going to win any raves of "Hottest. Bar. Ever.," but it's a serviceable place to relax and unwind. Just keep your expectations grounded. And there's something to be said for beers that cost less than $14 bucks. Review of Alpine.

Spud Mc Gee's
(406) 782-4335
541 S Main St
Butte, MT
Description
Spud Mc Gee's - Twenty dollar cover? Nope. Celebrities? None. Spud Mc Gee's is nowhere near the pages of Us Weekly or TMZ, but hey, beer is beer, whiskey is whiskey. A friendly neighborhood bar where you can pretty much wear whatever the hell you want. (But leave the cargo-shorts at home.)

Paira Dice
(406) 782-5262
1653 Harrison Ave

Paira Dice is the type of place you start off your night. The drinks are cheap and strong but the crowd isn't the type to get the party started. Grab a quick drink here and then head out to the real party. -Review of Paira Dice

Snookums - Of the city's hundreds and hundreds of bars, Snookums fits right in the middle of the bell curve - a place to hit with your buddies on the way to your ultimate destination. Not the ideal spot for fabulous, drunken debauchery, but it's a good as place as any to pre-drink.

A big part of most New Years Eve party's is various alcoholic drinks.
